I don't think that's the case. If you notice, there are at least 4 other Cadillacs around it in the 6 or so viewable spaces. The one right next to it is a V Flag also so I would venture to guess that it is some kind of V Flag Meet.

I was just telling the missus Saturday I wouldn't mind one of these. The Sti is a great all around car, but we went to a funeral and our choices were - Miata she climbs up out of in a skirt, Rubicon she climbs down out of in a skirt or Sti which has the sedan comfort thing but also scoop, wing and huge exhaust. We went with the Sti but it is a little funny looking in procession.

Ya. I'm so scared of 65+ year olds sporting V Flag Cadillacs with Racer X wheels. I dont see that happening, but SURE. Besides... no handicap tags. Hell, even I have one of those (yes, I get all the good parking spots)
