I have a feeling you're going to need a very big location/parking lot.

Mos definitely. I'm reviewing previous LARGE meets (like the volvo national meet) and reviewing what they did and establishing contacts.
Just for example, theres forest park, St Charles riverfront boat house parking lot, maybe even a cruise to the huge washington riverfront bottom parking lot.
Lots of talk going on. Any suggestions and feedback is welcome and appreciated!

By Washington riverfront parking lot... you mean by the Arch correct? That would be awesome... but that would be a mess to coordinate. So many people, such a high traffic area, and getting ahold of the right people to approve of the gathering.

I've been to Forest Park only twice... is there a large parking area? I just did a extremely quick search, didn't see much.

But man St. Charles riverfront boathouse looks AMAZING! Esp that circle just north of the parking lot lmao... Never been there so I can only judge off google maps.

To your first questions, I was thinking a back roads cruise to Washington, MO. But the riverfront in downtown STL would be excellent too. Both would require extreme team players from STL to spread out throughout the group to make sure that everyone gets to where they need to me.

In Forest park there is a huge parking lot near to the History Museum, I'm still researching if there is a way to reserve such a lot there.

My father knows just about everyone and their grandma down in St Charles, so that may be the best bet as far as 'calling in favors'. Even if the boathouse parking lot didnt work out, there is a parking lot closer to the casino on the lower level that no one ever uses. Nothing is set in stone yet. This weekend I'm going to be bouncing some ideas off the people that show up to the blanket making thing for the Children's Hospital.

That "loop" is "main street St. Charles." Keep zooming in on gmaps. You will see a ton of bars and places to eat. All cobblestone. That would be a fucking awesome place for a meet. Plus it is only 15 minutes from my house in STL.

I responded on NASIOC as well but just to let everyone here know, it has been posted on KCSubaru. Hopefully we can get some interest gathering there.

Definitely Downtown St. Charles looks like a possible location. I'm going to be doing some scouting around this weekend too for other areas of interest.

I will call Gateway Motorsports Park and see about a possible track rental. Not sure you can rent the track for a day but it's an idea.
